Automatic Renewal Service Agreement

You are welcome to use the entrusted deduction service of automatic renewal (hereinafter referred to as "automatic renewal service" or "this service"). In order to protect the rights and interests of paid cloud storage users (hereinafter referred to as "paid cloud storage" or "you"), please read all the contents of this service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") in detail, especially the bold parts before using this service. Minors should be accompanied by legal guardians to read.

Your opening and use of this service means that you have read and voluntarily accepted all the contents of this service agreement, which means that you have reached an agreement with Hangzhou Visioninsight Technology Co., Ltd. and voluntarily accepted all the contents of this agreement.

Article 1 Acceptance and revision of service agreement

1.1 This agreement includes the text of the agreement, Anxinkan Cloud Storage Service Agreement, User Agreement, and various rules issued/updated by Visioninsight Technology during the service period. All rules are integral parts of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of this agreement. In case of any conflict between the text of this agreement and the aforementioned rules, the text of this agreement shall prevail. Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of the automatic renewal service is bound by this agreement.

1.2 If this agreement and related service terms need to be revised due to business development, Visioninsight Technology Company will announce it on Visioninsight Technology Platform. You can consult the latest version of the terms of the agreement at. After Visioninsight Technology modifies the above terms, if you don't accept the modified terms, you can choose to stop using the automatic renewal service. If you continue to use this service, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.

Article 2 Service Description

2.1 On the premise that you have opened this service, Hangzhou Visioninsight Technology Co., Ltd. entrusts WeChat, Alipay and other payment channels to deduct the next billing cycle subscription fee from your account bound with Visioninsight Technology's account when the validity period of paid cloud storage is about to expire.

2.2 Automatic renewal: Visioninsight Technology entrusts Paypal, Apple payment, Google payment and other payment channels to collect the subscription fee for the next billing cycle of paid cloud storage through the account mentioned in Article 2.1, and records the payment in the cloud storage payment record, and at the same time, correspondingly extends the effective period of cloud storage service. You need to ensure that the Paypal, Apple payment, Google payment channels successfully deduct money from the above account, and you will be responsible for the failure of renewal due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account (including but not limited to the termination of cloud storage service, inability to enjoy cloud storage service functions, etc.).

2.3 If you choose Paypal, Apple payment, Google payment channels to enjoy this service, it will be deemed that you agree to Paypal, Apple payment, Google payment channels issuing deduction instructions, and that Paypal, Apple payment, Google payment channels can deduct the service fee of the next billing cycle from the above account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS check code and other information.

Article 3 Rules for the use of automatic renewal

3.1 If you open this service, it is deemed that you authorize Visioninsight Technology to deduct the cloud storage service fee of one month's billing cycle from your Paypal, Apple payment, Google payment accounts when your cloud storage service is about to expire. The specific deduction node is 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle.

3.2 If there is an error in the deduction process, Hangzhou Visioninsight Technology Co., Ltd. and you should cooperate closely to find out the reason and bear the losses caused by your own fault; If the losses caused by the unequal faults of both parties, both parties shall bear corresponding responsibilities according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, the responsibilities shall be shared equally by both parties.

3.3 After you choose to use this service, unless you choose to terminate this service, your entrustment of automatic deduction to Hangzhou Visioninsight Technology Co., Ltd. is irrevocable. Visioninsight Technology will not refund the fees paid by you in any way based on the fees deducted by this service under the payment method you chose when you started the automatic renewal service.

3.4 If the price of Anxinkan paid cloud storage subscription service is adjusted before the automatic renewal date, Hangzhou Visioninsight Technology Co., Ltd. will publicize the modified content on the cloud storage purchase page before deduction, and deduct it according to the current effective price.

3.5 Visioninsight Technology doesn't charge you any fees for opening this service, but Visioninsight Technology has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal period and fees according to business needs or market changes, and make an announcement on the cloud storage purchase page.

3.6 The service provided by Visioninsight Technology to you is limited to your use on Visioninsight Technology platform. Any use of paid cloud storage service by malicious cracking and other illegal means to avoid renewal will constitute a violation of this agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the actor, and Visioninsight Technology will pursue the legal responsibility of the actor according to law.

Article 4 Suspension, interruption and termination of services

4.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by Visioninsight Technology, this service will be effective for a long time. This agreement will come into effect after you choose to accept or use this service, and will be terminated until you propose to terminate this service or cancel the qualification of paid cloud storage service.

4.2 In case of any of the following circumstances, Visioninsight Technology has the right to immediately terminate the service provided to you, and it does not need to be responsible to you or any third party:

(1) It is confirmed by the effective legal documents of the state administrative or judicial organs that you have illegal or infringing acts, or Visioninsight Technology believes that your acts are suspected of violating the contents of this agreement and the usage rules published by Visioninsight Technology Platform, or the provisions of laws and regulations;

(2) Your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of Vision Cave Technology;

(3) Visioninsight Technology believes that there is a significant risk in providing this service to you.

4.3 Visioninsight Technology may choose to suspend, interrupt and suspend this service according to its own business decisions and other reasons. In case of any such situation, Visioninsight Technology will inform you in the form of announcement. If you choose your service, you will accept the content of the announcement as the public content of this agreement.

4.4 You have the right to terminate this service at any time. After termination, Visioninsight Technology will stop providing this service to you.

How to cancel the automatic renewal:

(1) For IOS account, select [Settings]-> click in the upper [Apple ID]-> [Subscriptions]-> You will see the Subscriptions with Ease life is active, select it and Cancel  Subscription

(2) For Google account, you can Select the [subscription] -> [Cancel Subscriptions]

4.5 If, before you choose to terminate this service, the instruction of entrusting Visioninsight Technology to automatically renew the fee deduction has come into effect and the deduction is successful, the deduction will not be refunded, and Visioninsight Technology will provide you with the monthly service in the next corresponding billing cycle. At the end of this period, the fee will not be deducted automatically. Once this service is successfully purchased or activated, it does not support the return, refund or replacement of the Visioninsight Technology account using this service: even if you suspend the service midway, you cannot apply for a refund or extend the corresponding service term. Meanwhile, Visioninsight Technology reserves the right to adjust the charging standard and/or sales method of this service.

Article 5 Other agreements

5.1 Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the application of all conflict laws shall be excluded. In case of any dispute, you and Visioninsight Technology agree to submit the dispute to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current effective arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.

5.2 The failure of Visioninsight Technology to exercise, timely exercise or fully exercise the rights enjoyed by this Agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be regarded as a waiver of this right, nor shall it affect the future exercise of this right by Visioninsight Technology.
